What if I need to return an item?

We do not accept returns but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

What if my plant dies after receiving it?

If your plant dies within 5 days of being received, we will gladly exchange it for a new plant of the same type or a different type of plant of equal or lesser value.

Do you deliver outside of the Richmond area?

We do not deliver outside of these zip codes; 23120, 23112, 23114, 23113, 23238, 23103, 23233, 23060, 23229, 23235, 23236, 23225, 23224, 23234, 23221, 23220, 23230, 23222, 23223. If you live outside of these zip codes, we can always ship the product to you with an additional shipping and handling fee.
